Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day. As all orders are dispatched on working days, orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched on Tuesday.

We dispatch all UK orders using Royal Mail's 24 & 48 hour parcel service (1st class and 2nd class), please be aware that through Royal Mail, deliveries may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund if faulty or broken.
If you change your mind about your purchase, and you let us know within 14 days of receiving it,
we will offer a credit note for the full purchase price.

Some of our products are not eligible for exchange for hygiene reasons such as bath bombs, soaps, earrings. We will not exchange essential oils or water bottles if the safety seal has been broken.
This is not an exhaustive list.
Personalised goods cannot be cancelled or refunded once the print work has been completed.
